Frequently Asked Questions
No. We believe in providing 100% of our attention to your dog. All our walks are one-on-one (or solely dogs from your specific household). This ensures maximum safety and personalized care.
We walk rain or shine! However, in cases of extreme weather (lightning, severe heat over 100°F, or ice), we will contact you to offer indoor playtime and quick potty breaks instead to keep your dog safe.
Most clients prefer us to provide a complimentary secure combination lockbox to hang on their door. Alternatively, you can provide a garage code or smart-lock code. We never keep physical keys on our person outside of the walk time for security reasons.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations without charge. Same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee since that time slot was reserved specifically for your pup. There are no long-term contracts; you can pause or stop services at any time.
